We had been looking for over a year for property because we wanted to sell our house and build a new one. I came across a listing for a 5 acre parcel for sale so we contacted the seller, which turned out to be Debbie. When I first met her she was easy to talk to, very friendly and just a genuine person. She walked us through, not only the process for purchasing the land but she also listed and sold our house for us above the asking price.

As it turns out, she lives directly across from us now and we couldn’t ask for better neighbors. She has helped us make our dream come true by building our own home on acreage.

• Florence is fast, she will let us know as soon as the property is listed and if we were interested she will get all the necessary details (including from the listing agent) within an hour or two. Speed is of the essence in this market.
• She will prepare offers quickly and get them going within an hour or two after we have agreed to terms and details.

Incredible, determined, and knowledgeable women! Background on me I am a mother of 3 kids, I have a husband, lots of animals, and 3 inlaws out of state moving to Washington to purchase a home with us. With that said Nancy had her hands full with helping us find the perfect home. Not only were the inlaws out of state, but they also did not do internet or computer at all and 1 of them worked the night shift which was another difficult task.
