Nancy loves being involved in all aspects of real estate. She has a passion for meeting new people and her top priority is to make her client’s dreams a reality.
I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. As a trusted advisor to my clients, they can count on me anytime of day with questions or concerns. I maintain great relationships with my clients, even after the sale is final. I remain as a resource for anything “home”, whether it is a referral for a plumber, electrician, handyman, landscaper, or a quick market analysis to see how much your investment has grown.
Born and raised in Snohomish County to Snohomish County natives, I moved to the Arlington area 30+ years ago and married my husband Keith, a 3rd generation local farmer and homesteader of the Arlington area. We have 2 boys, Ryan and Eric, both athletic and were very involved in sports throughout their youth.
Nancy has spent years giving to her community. She sat on several boards of directors where she has made a difference in the lives of children and others in need:

Nancy probably showed us at least 60 homes during the months we were searching for our new house. Happily, Nancy loves looking at houses! And besides being one of the nicest people you will ever meet, she is a really great realtor and we always felt that we were in expert hands. She always went to bat for us and went above and beyond at times. Reaching her was never a problem.

Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Arlington, WA.
Incredible, determined, and knowledgeable women! Background on me I am a mother of 3 kids, I have a husband, lots of animals, and 3 inlaws out of state moving to Washington to purchase a home with us. With that said Nancy had her hands full with helping us find the perfect home. Not only were the inlaws out of state, but they also did not do internet or computer at all and 1 of them worked the night shift which was another difficult task. Nancy would travel late at night to meet all of us and sign papers, she kept in daily contact with us, and never did I have a question that she could not answer! I would highly recommend her to any and everyone that is needing the perfect real estate agent. Doesn’t matter how far of travel, day or night time, or how particular we were she was there every step of the way. Nancy wears a cape under her jacket. She’s SUPER at what she does, which usually goes above and beyond what is normal in real estate. Most agents we’ve dealt with in our 47 years of marriage have been glad to write up the deal, do the paperwork, hold an open house or two, negotiate the transaction, then pick up their commission check. Nancy spent a good deal of her own time getting us and our home ready for sale, helping us pack, and following through on all issues. She’s been a real blessing at a time when my husband’s stroke and medical issues made life difficult for me. She’s become a good friend since. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.
