Matilda Valadez has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Marysville, WA. She always knew she had the entrepreneurial spirit! Her goal was to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. She specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing & staging, as well as consulting for investing purposes.
Over the past decade, Matilda’s accomplished so much! From flipping her cabin to AIRBNB, to being in the top 10% of sales at Hallmark Homes NW. The community sees Matilda as an agent that goes Above & Beyond for her clients. Matilda feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends and a strong part of her growing network.

Outside of real estate, Matilda takes pride in giving back to the community. She loves sponsoring young kids’ sports teams. She was a “baseball mom”. If she’s not at the cabin relaxing, you will see her enjoying beautiful hikes in the PNW. Born & Raised, She never plans to move, the PNW is home for her.
