“Hallmark Homes has been serving our Arlington community on Olympic Ave for over 10 years now. This company started with a small group of friends and has grown to 25 wonderful real estate professionals. We have a variety of agents with all sorts of different expertise that help us serve our community better. We pride ourselves on our diversity to help as many clients as possible. We have some agents with 30+ years of experience and we also have several bilingual agents in Spanish and French as well. We do a wide range of services that include vacant land, residential, commercial, and luxury sales, as well as property management services. We can guarantee we have a perfect agent for any client and their needs. Our founder, Wendy Smith was very adamant about supporting local. She loved this Arlington community and has gone out of her way to support our fellow small local businesses. Wendy lived and served this community for over 20 years in the real estate industry and has left big shoes to fill by her children Kiley Smith, Jake Smith, and Holly Smith as they take over. We lost our beloved Wendy last summer but we plan to keep her legacy going in the wonderful downtown Arlington area where we all grew up and loved. Arlington has played a huge part in all our lives, it is a wonderful place to grow up in and serve. There is nowhere else we would rather have our office. The support and community involvement are why we love it here so much and we are so excited to be more involved with you all and this wonderful community.
